Recently, I have a Ultimate Slimming Intensive workshop participant managed to lose 4kg within a month.

In order to see faster result, he tried to jog over the weekend.

Unfortunately, he injured his leg and he had to stay at home for two days.

Guess what happened? He was not able to move around (more sedentary) and

he was bored at home and start to eat more.

Sound familiar?

I am glad that he managed to lose 4kg within a month just following the simple techniques – Four Golden Principle.

Unfortunately, if he remember what I mentioned in the Kaizen Concept, he probably wouldn’t injure himself.
